These beautiful, little heart magnets record every one of your mountain summits achieved. They make a lovely display to permanently remind you of your adventures in the hills. The front of the heart features the name of the mountain you’ve climbed and on the backs I can add the date it was climbed (MM/YY) and also the number it represents in the order of summits achieved. Each heart measures 4cm x 4cm. They are available in 4 colours - white, cream, light grey and dark grey.
