Personalised Handwritten Gift for a New Baby Girl

The arrival of a brand new baby girl deserves something special.  If you’re looking for a handmade, handwritten, personalised gift to celebrate the baby’s birth, or to congratulate new parents or grandparents, then look no further.  Because the gift is handwritten, it can say exactly what you want it to.

Making each heart follows a basic process.  After two coats of Farrow and Ball paint, it is then sanded and buffed to a create a smooth finish perfect for writing on.  Next, I decorate the heart with words using my own Billiedoo font developed by me over the years.  This gift also features a hand drawn baby’s bottle.  Everything I do is done by hand, I never use stamps or stencils.  The heart is then given a coat of satin spray varnish, to ensure the colours stay fresh and vibrant.  Finally, it is tied with jute string, decorated with a ribbon bow.

Your heart will arrive through the post in an envelope box, like a love letter, but with a Scottish twist.  Or you can choose to have the heart posted directly to the recipient, if you prefer.  This can be done when checking out.
